We’re proud of our company culture. When Dan Koster founded NTB, it was with his family in mind. As we’ve grown over the years, we’ve been able to hold on to that same family-oriented atmosphere. We prioritize creating lasting relationships with our customers, treating our team members with respect and fairness, and glorifying the Lord in all that we do.

Top pay is a priority. We value our drivers and the hard work they do. Our drivers can earn $60,000-$85,000 per year with our newly-increased pay package.

Home time isn’t a goal, it’s a guarantee. Our drivers run on a schedule that has them out for five days and home for two. This means you’ll get a guaranteed 48 hours minimum of home time every week.

We’re the experts on Midwest regional runs. We strive to be the best truckload carrier throughout the Midwest and surrounding regions. Our drivers cover Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Ohio, Kentucky and Wisconsin.

You’ll get paid weekly. Your pay will be deposited directly into your bank or credit union account each week.

We help you plan for retirement. You’re 100% fully vested in our 401k retirement program at enrollment. Once you’ve been working with us for six months, we’ll also match your contributions up to 10%.

Get compensated with our per diem program. Our per diem program gets you compensated for your road expenses. This allows you to reduce your taxes and increase your take home pay by $2,600-$3,200 every year.

We reimburse for tuition. Let us lift the financial pressure of driving school with our tuition reimbursement program. Our apprentice drivers, those who have just completed driving school and NTB training, receive $5,000 in tuition reimbursement, paid out weekly during their first year.

Find the insurance coverage you need. We offer an exceptional medical plan at affordable rates for both our employees and their families. You’ll also be able to enroll in life, dental and vision insurance. Take advantage of our flex spending program and our optional supplemental insurance offerings.

You’ll enjoy several weeks of paid time off. As an NTB driver, you’ll have up to four weeks of PTO based on the length of your employment.

We’ve got a rider program. Interested in taking someone with you out on the road? We have a rider program to help you do that.

Extra, extra. All our extras are more reasons to love NTB Trucking. We offer a 6 cpm weekend incentive; an extra 3 cpm for HazMat/tanker endorsements; holiday and vacation pay; safety and production bonuses; and detention, breakdown and pickup/drop pay. We’re also 95% drop and hook freight!
