NTB is raising driver pay across the board again!

NTB Trucking is raising pay for drivers across the board, for the third time this year. Our truck drivers have played a huge part in building our successful business and strong reputation, and we want to recognize that hard work in every way that we can. That’s why NTB has increased pay by $.04 per mile for all of our CDL-A truck drivers.

With the new pay package, the average annual income for NTB’s new or CDL-A student truck drivers is over $74,000. Experienced drivers will now be able to make $90,000 to $95,000 a year, if not more.

On top of increased pay, NTB offers a 20 CPM weekend incentive; an extra 3 CPM for HazMat/tanker endorsements; holiday and vacation pay; safety and production bonuses; and detention, breakdown and pickup/drop pay. We pay weekly, with direct deposit to your bank or credit union. And if you enroll in our per diem program, you can reduce your taxes and increase your take home pay by over $2,600 a year!
